Subcontractor Coordination Support

When requested, ATDG may assist with early-phase construction coordination.

ATDG does not provide field engineering determinations, structural approvals, or construction change authorizations unless reviewed and approved by the licensed Engineer of Record.

Technical Planning & Coordination

We support alignment between architects, engineers, and consultants to maintain technical consistency and prevent scope drift.

Early structural layout review
Design alignment prior to construction documents
Coordination meetings and documentation
Practical technical input during planning

Our role is to help keep the project structured, organized, and moving forward with informed decisions.

Visualization & Modeling Coordination

We coordinate modeling and visualization services to support project clarity and communication.

Services may include:

Revit modeling coordination
3D renderings for client or investor presentations
Massing and layout visualization
Spatial review prior to final documentation

These tools help clients understand scale, layout, and development potential before construction begins.

Structural & Specialty Support

We provide layout and coordination support for structural and specialty components across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Framing concept coordination
Draft preparation of technical documentation under licensed direction when required

ATDG provides technical support and layout development services. Engineering judgment and final design responsibility remain with the licensed Engineer of Record where applicable.
