We support coordination between architects, engineers, and consultants to keep the project aligned. This includes reviewing layouts for practicality, identifying potential conflicts early, and helping the team make informed decisions before construction documents begin.
We provide technical layout and design support for structural and specialty components, including industrial and complex elements, in collaboration with licensed engineers when required. Our role is to help organize, develop, and refine technical information to support the overall design team.
We coordinate Revit modeling, renderings, and 3D visualization services through trusted design partners. These tools help clients understand scale, layout, and spatial relationships before construction — supporting decision-making, budgeting, and presentations.

Founder | Building Designer | Structural Design Specialist
With over a decade of experience in structural and technical building design, Dominique supports projects through disciplined layout development, coordination, and practical planning across industrial, residential, and specialty structures.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Tennessee State University, with a concentration in building systems and structural concepts. Her professional experience includes steel construction projects, complex layouts, and multi-disciplinary design coordination.
Dominique believes strong projects are built through collaboration. She works closely with licensed architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure technical clarity, organized planning, and realistic buildability from the earliest stages of development. From conceptual layouts to coordinated design documentation, she brings a structured and hands-on approach to every project.
Outside of work, Dominique enjoys being a mom, exploring architecture, and mentoring emerging designers. Her services focus on technical layout strategy, coordination, and design support and do not include the practice of licensed architecture or engineering.
